As a new client of Douglas Animal Hospital you can expect professional, courteous attention to your pets’ needs. 

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted by our friendly and knowledgeable staff while your pet is weighed and enjoys a treat or two! The veterinarian will see you next, thoroughly examine your pet, provide clear explanations for any questions you may have and work with you to plan further diagnostics or treatment as necessary. Our receptionist will be happy to handle billing and schedule any needed follow up appointments.

Our goal is always to see all of our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there may be times when the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible. We appreciate your patience in instances when another pet may require unexpected emergency care.
